I've come to the conclusion that there must be something wrong with my scale.

Last week, I "lost" so much weight, despite doing nothing. This week, I "gained" so much weight, despite carefully counting my calories.

Even though I gained weight this week, it's still less than it was 2 weeks ago, which leads me to believe that last week's weigh-in was false.

Ugggh, so much for victory! What can I do? I'm just going to keep going...👍
119.2 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 58.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week
