It is very hard to get results now,my body is happy with the diet,no real loss for weeks. Hopefully, it will start again :) 95 is the next borderline lol I wish you all good health ;)
96.9 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't you dare give up now, Sophie! You've come this far. If I can give you a pro tip, is to be extra mindful and honest with yourself as to how much you are actually consuming. Like, for example, making sure that was indeed 120 g of nuts you ate instead of just rounding it up to a 100 g makes all the difference. Those extra 100-200 calories that go unnoticed during the day will really add up in the long run. you've got this girl. I believe in ya. 😚
