Just as I thought, the extra 1kg was simply a water, I had a lot of swelling throughout my body. I’m finally back at home and staying on track!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
