Am finally being very strict. Trying to have a can of sardines for brunch almost every day when I break my daily fast. I don't enjoy them but they are very high in Omega 3's, are anti-inflammatory, and help my diet. Most days I have a snack later like a piece of fruit or cheese, then eat a regular dinner. This is day 47 (almost 7 weeks) with wine only once and only 5 desserts. I hope I'm "on my way"... (again of course). Actually, I lost 4 pounds in just over a month, which is great for me. At my size, age (82), and heart, I don't want to lose any faster.
59.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
