I've noticed a lot of lazy eating habits creeping back into my routine lately like dashing out for fast food if I haven't eaten most of the day, even if it might be terrible later (my stomach tends to reject fast food). I am starting at the gym and working on getting into a regular routine for myself but... I also try to keep watch of what I eat with the old weight watchers system. It works, mostly....

I love to make Ca Ri Ga, Vietnamese yellow curry but I have no idea on how to try and count calories/points for a serving of it and that's been my weakness this week.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
