Hello everyone hope all is well am feeling a lot better today back to cooking and baking I love my independence so it’s been a good one so far home made orange & walnut sponge cake tomato rice grilled aubergine vegetables tampura thing first meal at 5.30 pm today woke up early so hunger hits sooner fasting
Second meal will be leftover veggie tampura things staying within 1200 cal) or under sending u all much love xx
79.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
