Hi all really pleased with the life style change
Slow & steady weight loss arm getting better therapy next month 8 of May GP appointment will take it from there …. I am really trying to get my life in order we never know what’s round the corner … am hoping for better days ahead …. Today basic food white rice salmon mushrooms & a fried egg ( blood type diet super foods) soya sauce fasting so will eat at 6pm (16 hour fast) second meal vegan friendly bread tomatoes cucumber olives … green tea pls keep me in your prayers 💗💖💖💖💖💖
79.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
