I was probably too embarrassed to put my weight last week, which was 54,8 👀😂😂 so yeah I’m pleased, it’s a nice drop ☺️
54.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
