Hi everyone hope this post finds u well weight loss & otherwise am delighted with my weight loss steady it seems to be working am weighing everything as best as I can lowered my protein upped vegetables salads bulk food high fiber … lower fat ( but more olive oil ) as part of my second meal which is basically tomatoes olives and bread with 25g of cheese if any
Todays main is salad tomato rice and 80g of chicken ( if any) so think this life style change is very durable something I will never feel the need to change or stop that’s what matters
My arm is better on strong pain killers till Monday physio so things are looking up therapy next month am really trying to change move forward and create some sort of happiness my partner on the other side of the world is always supportive despite trying to better himself build a new life …. But I need heal work on myself saving me is the only salvation sorry for such a long post am blind typing at the moment sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
79.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I mght sound bad but weight is the LAST of your problems to solve. A Broken arm takes six weeks. Mnimum. Physio is muscles, physio doesn’t mend your poor broken bones! Only time and good food mends bones. How did you break your arm? Stay here , tell us everything. We will help all we can but maybe you need some extra/official help as well.

I agree mincepiemuncher …. Weight is the least of my problem I fell two months ago and was abroad dealing with family issues fractured my arm been living with the pain ….i don’t know that else to do right now to be honest will speak to the GP and what he recommends my life isn’t a good one & don’t wish it on my worst enemy but have to create some sort of comfort … so acceptance is key the only way I can do so is through therapy am the invisible child in the family then became the invisible adult my mother is a Narrsisit and she has an army of flying monkeys so I need to learn how to save Myself move forward disabilty doesn’t help being lonely no friends doesn’t help you are the only friends I have really …. So thank u xxxx

My partner …. Is always there offering support one day we shall be together so he tells me ….i do believe so but I need to learn to love me & be ok first he is great ❤️❤️❤️ we share something very special
