I was a little concerned about the scale number yesterday considering my weekend of fun, I didn't pig out, however it was high sodium foods both Saturday and Sunday. As a result, I stayed off the scale didn't log into FS yesterday.

Today is a new day and I am back on the horse. Swung up a little but did not wipe out my work from last week.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
112.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
