Restricting calories way down, and keeping the exercise at the same level is letting me break through the barrier I have been at for a year. Only 8 lbs. away from my goal weight.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
