I followed the same diet a long time ago and lost loads of weight so now it seems to work its magic
I have oily fish tofu and chicken breast once a week cheese rice wheat free bread free from and potato’s but portion control is key
Yesterday second meal was bread tomatoes cucumber and olive oil black olives loving it

Hello everyone …. Physically am struggling to get basic things done as my arm is fractured the right arm everything seems painful even a cup of tea or coffee but I always find away :) today I had some salad garlic bread and 55g of veal weight will drop slow & steady …. At least I hope it will my energy is an all time low feeling tired thank u everyone for your friendship kindness & support sending u all much love xxxx
