Oh well, back on the diet after a month in Spain and a 4lb gain, but not totally unexpected 😕 Hopefully I should be able to shift it in a couple of weeks.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
