30 day challenge complete! Didn't lose a stone like I wanted, but I did lose 2" off my bust, waist and hips. so it's a win from me. gonna try and keep cycling everyday. I took the last 2 days off though. I got a bad back from planting potatoes and hauling the huge tubs out front 😂
