In the last 2 days, I lost another 600g of my weight.

Current weight : 99.4 kg
Start weight : 116 kg
Weight change : - 16.6 kg
First Goal : 95 kg
Remaining : - 4.4 kg

Hopefully, I will reach my first goal at the end of April ( this year ). I am still struggling to eat properly. Today in all day , I had 1 hard-boiled egg, a cup of coffee with skimmed , and some apple juice with my tablets. In the evening, I am planning to have a cucumber and a dill salad with a little slice of the cooked chicken.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, that’s a lot healthier than what most people eat on days when they don’t eat enough! Lol! Nice job. No one loses weight from the occasional day of not eating enough by accident, and if it is a lot more often than the occasional day, they should see a doctor. But plenty of people eat too much when they get hungry again, if they have the wrong foods those days, and overcompensate. You are doing well eating right even when it’s not as much as you’d like.

Dear, Laine! I am really not sure about about healthy side of my dinners. I did not recorded my foods for a couple days , but at the moment I am eating cucumber,radish, tomato salad with smoked mackerel. 🦈 I am really struggling to get my fats down ( they are always up ) , and proteins I need to put up. But, because I am not eating not usual right now, all my calorie intake is lower than it should be
