3rd of April weight - 100 kg
Since my last measurement, I lost 1.9 kg. Yippee!!!!🎉🎉🎉 I know that I am ill right now, and this was not an intentional weight loss, but I am very pleased about it.
Recup my weight loss goal:

1. Start Weight : 116 kg
2. Current Weight : 100 kg
3. Already Lost : - 16 kg
4. Remaining : 5 kg
5. Goal : 95 kg
100 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Take care. If you’re ill your weight shouldn’t really be your priority unless it’s your weight that’s making you ill. Get well. Get happy!
