Finally hit the halfway mark .Yay! I worked out what I was doing wrong..My carbs were still on the high side so I'm aiming for under 50 g per day.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
