Low carb, eating clean . I started on Paleo lifestyle about 4 years ago and lost over 5 stone ( not sure on how many kg) there's lots of recipes on Google and with the very good support of my partner who kept encouraging me to go out with him cycling. I put a little weight on last year but I'm on track again now x
