The lightest I've been in years. Just realised I can stop eating when I'm satisfied and don't have to finish the whole meal. I'm still having treats. I don't snack after my dinner. A protein shake in the morning.
66 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
