started my workouts Saturday and am 3 for 3 days in a row, so feeling good about that, don't have the eating under control, but will be focussing in on that moving forward.
118.5 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
