A much better weight loss than I thought….lost 3.4 pounds. That is 2 Stone 3 pounds In total over 63 days! Not done any exercise since Tuesday which is driving me a bit mad however even if I can’t exercise for a couple of weeks losing 3 and a half pounds in 3 weeks feels very doable. Would be delighted if I could hit 12 stone 13 (and even a half) pounds before my holiday at the end of March!
