5lbs in 2 days - not too shabby! Dare I risk going to the well one more time tonight? The question which has to be asked is, by giving myself the 2 teeny spikes I gave myself last night and the night before, have I spurred my body into again producing the enzymes which turn blood glucose into fat in the presence of insulin? If I haven't, I'll lose more weight. If I have, I'll put it on again. Should I be happy with 5lbs off this week and simply try to repeat the exercise next week, or should I go for broke and see if there's more immediate weight-loss available? Decisions, eh? Still, I have all day to consider this...

Interestingly here I am at lunchtime again back to 330lbs. Maybe that gravity well's reversed now :-)
