I think I have only done chair stretches while at my desk at work but I recently joined a yoga studio and take classes, mostly in a heated room. It’s hard for me to try and do yoga at home so this forces me out of the house and I can be with the community. With different classes they incorporate different things like a bolster, blocks, strap and even weights for a sculpt and flow class. I think just moving and sweating has mostly helped my stagnant weight. I stopped logging a while ago and just try to be mindful of choices. Have you tried chair yoga?
