I am absolutely delighted…..I have lost just 3 ounces short of 2 stone in 56 days. My target was to lose 2 stone in 3 months….and have done it in 2. This week lost 3.8lb in a week. Reason….no food, 29k run this week, 7hr karate and 2 body conditioning sessions. 28 days to go then I go off the holiday and will come off this fully for a week so struggling to be disciplined….but it will do it….very excited and upbeat! Get in there….think I will change my aim to lose another 8lb in the next 28 days to get down to 12 stone 13lb….feels very doable!
85.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
