Just 2.0lb loss this week…..worked hard but bound to start slowing….just got to keep the focus…..not far to go before 2 stone lost somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks I hope!
87.4 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
