I'm sure this has helped tremendously. Only used it as daughter bought it but wasn't keen on this flavour. I love it with a banana and oat milk.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
