Delighted, that’s me lost another 3.6lb. Lost 21.8lb (a stone and a half) since the 5th January…..it has been hell…..but feel really good now…happy days….my target was 2 stones by the end of March…..smashing it!
88.3 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
