I've gained more weight than I'd like. I know some of it is muscle, but some of it is fat. I do 30 mins of cardio after weights now. My endurance has gone down since I haven't gone on my 2-3 hour hikes in a year. That cardio kills me, but I need to do it
73.1 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
