I lost a little this week. I'm feeling a bit better, still not quite myself.

I'm trying to work on my mental health first. Next week, I will bring back healthier foods and slowly start exercising again.

I stopped exercising a few months back due to an injury and since then I've only been making excuses to get started again. I felt so good when I had a regular fitness routine and I want that feeling back.

I'm working on the willpower. I do feel it getting stronger! Got to get back on the horse! 👍
118 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 57 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm with you there. My diet, exercise and mental health got thrown off by life circumstances over a year ago and I just can't seem to get back on track. I'm not tracking calories right now, just getting back in the habit of eating healthy and not binge eating junk. exercise will be the next thing I start getting back into. Good luck!
