Drop due to stress I think and not eating much yesterday. Had a very right afternoon/evening and got less than 5 hours sleep. Seems like my intestines got cleared out though so that’s a plus. But this whole weekend has been a lot. Need sleep and calm. At least I have been keeping up with yoga classes twice a week and more if I can squeeze one in but def every Saturday/sunday
