Okay I managed to lose weight that I gained on holiday in a week and got back to my previous weight. so I hope next week I’ll see a lower weight 🙌🏻
55 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
