A really good week lost 3.6lb …but it has been hard…less than 1000 a day, ran over 25k body conditioning 3 times and karate 4 times…..very proud of myself though I have lost 18.2 in 35 days……it is my birthday tomorrow and having a kebab….so doubt it will be so good next week…but don’t care….i think I deserve it 😀
89.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@ Merry Mel…..thanks for your support…..furl so much fitter and better…..but often hungey…..should be able to slow down soon…..just over 2lb and that’s me lost a stone and a half….i would be very pleased with that!
