Ran 5K again yesterday, hoping to keep hitting that number for a week solid then move onto 6 etc getting myself ready for a 10K in September.

I had a double chicken burger with salad (minus the bun) at spoons yesterday which is about the best thing on the menu for me normally but god the chicken tasted like rubber yesterday :/

Lost more weight now under 265lbs for the first time in say 10 years or so which is pretty unbelievable tbh.

The weekend is here now - I need to stay away from the booze for one more weekend and I'll have more or less hit my goal of having 3 weeks off alcohol as I don't ever really drink in the week.
120.1 kg Lost so far: 52.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
