28 days in..a big (but expected) slow down this week…2.6lb this week… but in 28 days I have lost 14.6 pounds (so over a stone) …I am really chuffed. On here I put in lower (smaller) target weights…I find it moral boosting…but my next full target ois to lose 2lb a week for the next 4 weeks to bring me to below 14 stone by March. I feeling up beat and confident about it…but it is pretty tough and I have been pretty hard core 😀 onwards and upwards……hope everyone has a great weekend!
91.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
