First weigh in since back on keto and introducing IF following my cycle and the book: Fast Like A Girl. Can't help be a tiny bit disappointed with only 200g loss,... buuuut, do feel SSSOOO much better in myself and all the other reasons I fast/keto for are kicking in! this is my lifestyle NOT a diet ✌🏼😎💪🏼👍🏼🤩
72.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
