Hi Nadia, it's up to you, of course, if you have a slimming injection. But your wonderful loving husband is right. (Men normally don't say the right advice), but this time, I would take it he sounds pretty sensible to me. Be lucky and take his love, care, and advice for as long as possible. Like me, you never know what life is going to be dished out to you, so please at least think very carefully before making a huge decision that might be wrong. I personally would stay away from pharmaceutical fat loss injections, its good u have the right support and good advice lose slowly, u will find a plan that suits u and your lifestyle. just keep at it we are all behind u . I know what it's like I do feel for u . You can do this . maybe up your target weight a little. I would love to get back to 70kg but my target is 75 then I will see how I go. Don't be too hard on yourself . much love x

Thanks Cathy …. Am fasting and having 100-150 carbs per day not much one meal yesterday usually two to be honest I can’t eat less my mum eats more than me but is slim I don’t know what to do like my partner said clean eating small portions hope this works xxx thank u for your support always ❤️❤️
