Best Intentions to start 2024 didn't go to plan. Dry January turned to Damp January. Back injury kept me away from weights (still a mystery how I hurt my back). Downloaded this after a you Tu Ber recommended...finally starting to record food diary on 27th Jan. Will hit gym this week 😉
