Same as yesterday, only traces of ketosis. I had way too many hot chocolates yesterday, not much food though. I have to decide if I want to continue to stay on the strict diet or not, otherwise I'll keep spending all those money for nothing....and the effort to go to the clinic every other day too. But it's so hard stopping the chocolate
