Just added another notch tighter on my belt. Looking at it I have 4 now I’ve added since October of ‘22. Each one 1/2” apart. Pants almost fell down today doing errands lol. 👖😂
84.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

GOTTA do it 🤣 I think you just solved my pants problem! I need a belt!!! Thank you. Too bad lots of women's pants don't come with belt loops, but it really feels good throwing out old big clothes.

Jenjabba you are killing it in January! 7 lbs since your 142 weigh in on the 31st! Congrats! And start throwing those pants out. I’m keeping mine as a reminder and just buying new ones. Lol.
