gym scales have me at 217....house scales say 218.4 but I know they r off .....so il go with gym scales for now til weigh in at doctors.....woohoo!

98.4 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg. Still to go: 38.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
