I’ve been upping my vegetable intake and lowering my salt. Wasn’t expecting a full lb loss today. I’ll take it. Lowest I’ve been in since the 90s. Feeling 185 is in reach.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
