Down a little for the week. At least it's still going in the right direction.

Yesterday was my day off of exercise for the week. I went into the office to meet with my new team and have my computer looked at. It was nice meeting everyone including my new boss. Should be an interesting year from a work perspective.

Monday evening I did my 2 mile hill run. My pace was 10:35/mile which was 16 sec/mile faster than I ran it the last time. I'm happy with that. Tonight is intervals on the track for a total of 2 miles of workout not including warm up and cool down.
