Hi everyone
Today is the day I’ve decided to start all over again with a new approach ….. woke up early despite sleeping very late took my meds coffee ( no tea or sugar)
Am happy because I know it will kick start weight loss meal prep is key streak salad & mushrooms tonight yum wishing u a great weekend ❤️❤️
75 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
