I've been too busy to weigh in....kinda suprised I lost weight! I guess since I am not sitting at a desk...lots of gardening & spring cleaning is helping.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
