Wow! This puts everything in perspective. Now that I’m logging calories again along with activity, It’s clear that I need more calories. Protein, to be exact. It’s a wonder that I feel burnt out . I will be proactive in getting my daily caloric needs met. Otherwise I’m losing weight too fast again.
