Happy New Year! I have been doing OMAD lately even though that meal is pretty big I think it’s good to have it in the middle of the day and not eat late or before bed. Maintaining for now, just waiting for the yoga studio to finally open so I can take weekend classes.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

I usually don't eat after noon to 2pm. I usually have coffee and something to eat around 5-6am.
