Good evening all feeling very hungry today ? Can’t stop eating thank God for IF otherwise non stop eating 🫣🫣🫣🫣 any tips on how to curb the urge to eat ???
75 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sameee, I think we need to try to increase protein portions and vegetables. And try to reduce carbs and sugar even though it’s soooo hard. The more sugar we eat, the more our body craves it in a difficult sugary cycle! Digestive biscuits are my Achilles heel at the mo

I have stopped keeping snacks in the house, I only buy what I need for my weekly meals, so if I want a snack I have to walk to the shops and I find the walk stops the craving. Working so far, but I am sure I will blip!

Water! Everytime I think I'm hungry I have a drink of water and it often staves off the hunger pangs, that and black coffee
