Hi everyone hope ur keeping well miserable weather pouring all day had to pop out get a few thing niece & her friend coming over any min now last min thing roast chicken tomato rice spinach filled pastry salad mum cooked today I baked a banana cake ( not bread like ) all organic with walnuts … Hope the evening ends well sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️ Fasting will eat soon within 1000 cal 🙏🙏
