I had a surprise drop this morning when I weighed ... I am 198 lbs so for the first time in several months I am again in the 190s. I guess all that walking from last week at Disney helped jump start something. Also the water drinking from yesterday as well as the keen focus of eating on plan and only when I am hungry. I want to go back to my pre-vacation plan of not weighing / recording my weight daily but this week I need to track my back to ketosis progress and weight fluctuation as a learning. I want to understand my body and its reaction to activity/ food in the same way that Drag does. It will help me to manage myself now in maintenance.

I am back to work with a vengeance! 2 articles to write, some Business Development activities to execute including reaching out to some of our leads. I have a lunch meeting with my boss on Thursday to talk strategy! Cranking up the brain with some caffeine right now and will dive into research and writing immediately after. 89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
