Oh noooo, the scale is creeping up again! I really have to try to be good this week, because I certainly won't be good over Christmas! 😄

115.8 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg. Still to go: 54.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
